Protect Missouri Freedom was a state political action committee dedicated to mobilizing previously under-engaged voters across Missouri. The organization drove turnout in key elections through multi-modal direct voter contact integrating walk, call, text, and mail programs. PMF also acted as a fully complaint hub for communication across organizations conducting DVC to optimize resource investments.

We built the PAC from the ground up — hiring and onboarding directors, legal counsel, and consultants while establishing full compliance and operational systems. Within six weeks, we raised $125,650 to fund a statewide GOTV program and executed a multi-channel turnout strategy that reached competitive down-ballot districts.

Lucas Kunce for US Senate mobilized communities across the state around an economic-populist message focused on rebuilding Missouri from the ground up — by investing in workers, rural towns, and manufacturing. Lucas Kunce is a Missouri-born 13-year Marine veteran who built a grassroots, people-powered movement to challenge corporate PACs and billionaires in Washington. The campaign mobilized voters through robust organizing, digital, press, and media designed to resonate with Missourians in every community. By investing in grassroots organizing and authentic local engagement, the team built a movement to take back power for real people.

We continued our work from the previous cycle where we executed one of Missouri’s most robust organizing operations — calling over 110,000 voters, sending 2.8 million texts, and knocking on tens of thousands of doors. We recruited and managed more than 1,200 volunteers statewide and implemented integrated digital and field programs that out-performed every other in-state campaign.

Mobilize Missouri supported statewide Democratic efforts to elect candidates up and down the ballot — from U.S. Senate and Congressional races to local legislative contests. The program coordinated direct voter contact, data, and communications to ensure that every Democratic campaign benefited from shared infrastructure and consistent, statewide voter engagement.

We managed a $2 million program and a 23-person team to deliver integrated field, mail, phone, and voter protection programs supporting Trudy Busch Valentine and dozens of down-ballot Democrats. Our team knocked 74,000 doors, made 93,000 calls, and sent 802,000 texts while running 200 poll challengers on Election Day.

The campaign sought to unify voters across urban, suburban, and rural regions around a message of service, compassion, and freedom.

We supported the statewide program through data-driven organizing, digital outreach, and volunteer infrastructure that extended across all 114 counties. We improved coordination between regional offices, optimized digital tools for scalable voter contact, and helped the campaign expand its reach to new and under-represented voter segments.

We developed and executed a comprehensive field plan that reached more than 950,000 voter contacts citywide while managing a team of 7 organizers, 29 fellows, and 557 active volunteers. We adapted rapidly to COVID-19 restrictions, stood up multilingual canvassing and communications materials, and built the campaign’s record-setting ground operation from launch to Election Day.

Biden for President was a nationwide movement to restore the soul of the nation, defend democracy, and deliver a more equitable future for all Americans. The campaign built the largest voter contact and volunteer operation in US history — uniting Democrats, independents, and moderates around a vision of empathy, competence, and economic renewal.

We helped design and lead the digital organizing program within Virginia’s coordinated campaign structure — sending 9.6 million texts, completing 700,000 calls, and running 14,000 virtual shifts with 5,000 volunteers. Our digital systems and volunteer captain program became a national model for scalable, remote voter contact that were adopted by programs in other states.

The program emphasized early voting, digital mobilization, and virtual events to maintain engagement throughout the pandemic.

Opportunity Nashville was an advocacy organization dedicated to ensuring that every child in Nashville has access to a high-quality public education. The organization worked to elevate public conversations about educational equity, recruit everyday Nashvillians to run for school board, and train the next generation of campaign leaders to challenge systemic barriers in the local school system.

We designed and implemented outreach infrastructure that connected volunteer networks, community events, and communications campaigns around education reform in Nashville. We successfully recruited candidates across multiple districts to run for school board and paired them with 4 prospective campaign talents who were trained to take on the responsibilities of field directors.

We built the mayoral campaign’s ground-game across Metro Nashville, implementing integrated field outreach, volunteer mobilization, and digital messaging aligned with the candidate’s vision. From door-to-door canvassing, predictive dialer calls, peer-to-peer texts, ringless voicemail drops, and more, targeted universes of voters were blanketed with carefully layered direct voter contact. Our organizing program aligned messaging across platforms and out-contacted every other candidate combined across every mode, setting a new standard for citywide organizing in Nashville.

The Missouri Democratic Coordinated Campaign brought together statewide and down-ballot efforts to elect Democrats across Missouri. The program unified field, digital, and communications operations to maximize voter contact, share resources efficiently, and strengthen the party’s statewide infrastructure, setting national records for direct voter contact in the process.

We managed a regional program that spanned 23 counties, including 19 rural counties. Our program knocked nearly 200,000 doors and achieved record-setting voter contact while retaining every field organizer throughout the cycle — building the foundation for stronger Democratic coordination in future statewide races.

The campaign sought to empower underrepresented communities through direct engagement, local partnerships, and grassroots organizing rooted in Houston’s diverse neighborhoods.

We turned around an underperforming field office and built an organized, high-output voter contact program that consistently exceeded goals. Through improved tracking systems, intern coordination, and volunteer management, the team hit over 300% of its GOTV targets and led the way in total doors knocked and volunteer retention.
